Places we've been 🗺️🎒 

I've always loved travelling and I wish I started sooner, but I'd never been further than Europe and I wanted to challenge myself to a 1 month Thailand trip. I wanted an amazing start to 2025 so my standards were high for the rest of the year. I ended up going with my partner in February and to say I was mind blown is an understatement. 📈 

Before the trip I obsessed over it for 3 months straight - 1. Because I was terrified, 2. I was extremely excited. So I did endless research and crafted an itinerary with activities, good places, where we were going, how long for, accommodation, budgets, what to pack etc... We went not knowing what to expect though😳.

All I can say is WOW! I'd watched endless YouTube videos etc. but the videos do not do Thailand justice. Everything about this place is insane and the joy we felt was overwhelming. The people are so kind, happy, respectful, peaceful, generous, friendly - the best people in the world🥹.

The amount of stuff there is to do is crazy, we did so much even in the first 2 weeks, we were so shocked. Activities are so cheap compared to anywhere I've ever been, and the experience and happiness you feel is 10x greater. It's impossible to run out of things to do here and half of them are free! When you go to different places in Thailand the vibes and scenery change in every place. 🥳 

I felt more safe here than I did in the UK and everything you need is way more accessible than I thought. I was scared I wouldn't eat well because I'm picky or get ill, turns out I ate so much I put on weight, there's an abundance of food and it all tastes great, and most of the "UK foods" actually taste better in Thailand. Way better than I expected, easier than I expected, and to think I nearly didn't go.😌

The first month I went I did - Phuket ➡️ Krabi ➡️ Koh Lanta ➡️ Koh Samui ➡️ Koh Phagnan ➡️ Koh Tao ➡️ Bangkok. 

I was planning the trip for next year on the 5th day out there... 📝🤣
