1. ABOUT US

Girls Gone Global is a community-driven platform built for adventurous women who want to travel, grow, and connect. We provide a supportive network, curated experiences, and tools to help guide you through not only unforgettable journeys, but also a month-long Instagram glow-up, with personalized photoshoots and styling tips designed to help you shine online. 

2. NATURE OF THE EXPERIENCE

  • Girls Gone Global offers:
  • Route planning
  • Travel co-ordination
  • Hosting and group organisation
  • Community and safety guidance
  • Participation is voluntary and all activities are optional
  • You are free to travel independently at any time 
  • A 1 month-long photoshoot with videos, pictures and social media tips
  • Personalized video of best bits
  • Welcome gifts
  • Exclusive games and prizes throughout the trip
  • Curated itinerary from start to finish
  • Access to The Purpose Course
  • Like-minded females trying to improve life and support eachother
  • New travel friends / friends for life 
  • Exploring the North and South of Thailand 

WE DO NOT:

  • Act as tour guides.
  • Supervise participants at all times (all travellers are above 18 years old and have freedom of choice).
  • Accept responsibility for individual decisions.

We provide a community-led group travel experience.

We are not a tour operators, travel agency, or provider of package holidays.

We do not sell or include flights, accommodation, transport, activities, or insurance.

Participants arrange and pay for these independently. (dont worry they're very affordable in Thailand).

3. ELIGIBILITY

To join, you must:

  • Be 18-35 years old.
  • Hold a valid passport.
  • Be physically and mentally capable of independent travel.
  • Have valid travel insurance (mandatory).
  • Agree to behave respectfully and responsibly.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any application.

4. APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • We may request a call or additional information.
  • Limited spaces, first come first served.

Acceptance is confirmed only after:

  • Approval
  • Deposit payment
  • Written confirmation from us

5. PAYMENTS

About priority list deposit:

  • A £50 deposit is required to join the priority list.
  • The £50 deposit is only refundable if the trip does not go ahead or insufficient numbers booked.
  • The deposit becomes non-refundable once planning has begun.

Full deposit (incl. priority list deposit):

  • Total deposit: £500
  • May be paid in full or via 3 installments of £150.
  • Must be paid in full at least 6 weeks before departure.

Group chat access is granted only once full payment is received.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

No refunds will be given if:

  • The full deposit becomes non-refundable 6 weeks before departure.
  • You leave the group by choice whilst on the trip
  •  You are removed due to behaviour.
  • You experience illness, injury, arrest, or personal circumstances.
  • Additional payments made before the 6-week deadline (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

7. CHANGES & FLEXIBILITY

Travel involves unpredictability - We cannot guarantee:

  • Weather
  • Transport schedules
  • Exact prices
  • Availability of activities or accommodation

If changes occur, we will:

  • Communicate clearly
  • Offer alternatives where possible
  • Adjust plans reasonably

Flexibility is a core part of this experience. Thailand is a very versitile and we go in dry season.

8. RESPONSIBILITY & RISK

By joining, you acknowledge that:

  • Travel involves inherent risks

You are responsible for your own:

  • Safety
  • Health
  • Belongings
  • Decisions

We are not liable for:

  • Injury
  • Illness
  • Loss or damage
  • Delays
  • Third-party services

Participation is at your own risk.

9. INSURANCE

Travel insurance is mandatory.

You must be covered for:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Repatriation
  • Activities you choose to participate in

Failure to hold valid insurance may result in removal from the experience without refund.

10. BEHAVIOUR & REMOVAL

We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for behaviour including but not limited to:

  • Endangering yourself or others.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Aggression, harassment or discrimination.
  • Excessive intoxication.
  • Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour.

Removal may include loss of group chat access and hosting support.

11. CONTENT & MEDIA

By joining, you consent to:

  • Appearing in photos or videos captured during the experience.
  • Content being used for social media, marketing or documentation.

If you do not wish to be featured, you must notify us in writing.

12. DATA & PRIVACY

We collect personal information solely for:

  • Application processing
  • Emergency contact purposes
  • Group co-ordination
  • Your data will not be sold or shared unnecessarily.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.

By applying, paying a deposit, or joining the experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
